Hi ,

For a MessageDrivenBean , does a entry is required inside the server specific xml file ??

we are using Weblogic for our development work . We have a MessageDrivenBean to act upon the Queue .

An entry for that is made inside the ejb-jar.xml .

(I am happy with the initial and max pool sizes )

Is still it is needed ??

Yes, that's where the destination that the mdb listens on, the connect url and the connection factory which is used by the mdb to connect to the destination is listed.

cheers,
ram.
