Uploading really large files (200 megs or larger)

For some odd Reason whenever a user uploads a large file (so far anything over 200 megs, don't know the precise size). The upload stops/completes but instead of writing the file, it writes the previous file that was successfully uploaded (and writes that file).

Is there a limit to the size that the struts upload supports?
