copy difference file from one server to another

Hi All,
I have following scenario.
On WEB1 there is a folder /usr/share/Shipment_Doc
On WEB2 there is a folder /usr/share/Shipment_Doc
On WEB2 there are some files which are not present on WEB1.
I want a script copy those file which are not present on WEB1 from WEB2.
