Hi,

As you may aware in migrating forms there is a section to fill,

Do you hold a second diploma or degree for another specialty?
Highest Trade or non-university Certificate or Diploma you have gained?
1 year post secondary diploma, 2 year post secondary diploma etc

So i want to know SCJP or SCWCD etc fall under which category...Its a non university certificate right? Can we mentioned it as a diploma? What is the duration of the certification? since its a online on the spot exam do we have a duration here?

Thank you.

Nope you cannot do that. The SCJP is a certificate awarded to you by a private corporation. As simple as that. It serves no other purpose.

Unless whatever form you are trying to fill explicitly mentions what IT based certificates you have earned, the SCJP cannot be mentioned.

I don't know about the form that you are trying to fill out, but on the ones that I have seen... generally, when they ask for highest trade or non-university, it means, if you didn't attend college, then just how far did you get, or what trade did you go into. It's more to see if the candidate graduated high school, or junior high school.
