why my jstl.jar and standard.jar is not working

Hi everybody

I am just creating a simple html file which is calling a jsp
but i am passing some of the html tags which will be displayed as it is in jsp...


My html file is



In todays Quotes,Enter the values as

But,It is getting displayed as null because browser is treating it as a HTML tags

my jsp is




Can anybody help i have copied the jstl.jar and standard.jar under

Please add a taglib directive as



on the top of the jsp and try without "escapeXML" attribute of <c:out> tag.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
