SCEA Part 2 assignment download = waiting time of 30 'working' days

Hi,
I am having a strange experience in trying to start my SCEA Part 2 assignment. I am India and first of all there is no option to pay the money online and buy the assignment. I had to first order the assignment from sun site - and then when there was no option for paying money, I sent a mail to [e-mail]. I got a reply from a Bengaluru based company rps-soft and then I transferred the money on Oct 29. Then, I gave them all the details like my scanned copy of part I and so on.
I haven't got the assignment yet. When I enquired them, they said it will take 30 'working' days for me to get the assignment. I just can't understand this. Are they sending the assignment by ship from America? 30 working days means more than 1 and a half months. This doesn't make any sense to me. After so much studying, preparing and planning, you find yourself in a no-man's land just waiting. I just don't know what to do now.
Did any of you have the same issues?

@Ranganathan - I bought my Part II SCEA from RPSSoft (BLR) myself - I got my assignment on email in a week. The email says (I quote - mods, fairly general stuff here, nothing assignment specific)
"We are changing the process for this certification. Rather than download the assignment instructions and upload the assignment completions, we are simply sending it to you as an email attachment and you will send us back a JAR file."

So I'm surprised that prometric is still allowing downloads.. Maybe that's still on - on the RPS Soft thing, I spoke to Bonita who was very helpful - you could possibly check with her as well? (Direct: [phone] ext 207, Mob no: 9901975716).

Hi Ravi,
I got my assignment finally yesterday - in an email as an attachment - a good 3 weeks after I paid...
actually, all along I was conversing with Bonita of RPS. On Monday, I sent them a mail asking why I have to wait for such a long and time and hinting that I would like to withdraw my payment...finally, after a agonising wait, I got the assignment...
