Hello buddies,

I need to study Kerberos in java; i need to explain it with a small core java program / (j2ee program). Please suggest some small live code to generate tickets and using / printing them.

Have you looked at the GSS-API section in the Java tutorial? Might get you started.

Hi Paul,
I went through your suggested website, but i need one clarification; does GSS API forms only the client which verifies to the Kerberos ?
i just know that Kerberos sits on some server platform to which our client java program authenticates via tiket generated, i came to know about some Ticket Granting Ticket which is done at the server.

Please suggest your views.
