I thought personalization is good.
- If I don't like lemonade , I don't want to see them when I google "summer drinks".
- If I don't like Adam Sandler, I don't want to see his movies when I search for comedy movies in IMDB.
list go on...

Doesn't personalization save a lot of your time? and hence it is a positive move.
