Hi all,

What is the procedure to perform a null check in a jsp using struts tags? i am told to use Struts version 1.0 and it does not contain logic:empty tag to perform null check. any ideas???

i want to check if a string got from a VO object is null or not.

I'm afraid Struts isn't going to help you if you're stuck with version 1.0. You'll have to either use a scriptlet or JSTL tags. This might be a point of argument for you to persuade your boss or client that it would be a good idea to migrate the project to a later version of Struts.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
