Hi Craig,

Welcome to the Book Promo. I think it would not have been a big deal for you to update/upgrade the "Spring in Action" series upto the latest version .

I have a couple of questions.

1. What are the significant improvements in Spring 3.0 over 2.x?

2. In a web application using the transaction manager and AOP features of Spring 2.x, what are the minimal things you recommend should get upgraded to 3.0 features?

3. What are the new features added in Spring 3.0?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Raghavan alias Saravanan M

New features are listed here. I think you underestimate the amount of work it takes to update a book well. It's quite different from the previous edition.
