I just finished jsp and servlets, and I'm looking for a job, which framework shall I learn first? And since Struts 2 has been out for a while, is it necessary to learn Struts 1? Thanks.

No. Struts 2 was a completely new framework. Struts 1 is not needed to understand Struts 2.

But, I'd look at job postings and see what's in demand.

Most likely, it's neither of Struts 1 or Struts 2. (but it may depend upon your area)

Any suggestion?

Already stated: see what's in demand for jobs in your area. I cannot predict that.
