There's an XML file that must be included in the classpath that defines the Tomahawk tagset to facelets. Check the MyFaces website.
BTW, it's not good practice to use upper case for the first letter of a
JSF bean's name. Initial uppercase should be reserved for class names, and initial lowercase for instance names. The JSF annotations assume that that's what you'll be doing.
