There are hundreds of thirdparty APIs, and they're all developed and distributed pretty much independently. There's no single comprehensive list. They're all over the place, at sites like sourceforge and apache.

More often third party will have their site where you can find the APIs, I hope you mean Java Docs.

Just to add, you can search any jar or class from Jarfinder. It also help to solve ClassNotFoundExceptions or NoClassDefFoundErrors errors.
