How to convert a java code into an exe file--Please help

Hi All,

Can any one help me out with conversion of my java code into an executable .exe fle . I have a class created suuppose automate_database.java and i want to convert this into an exe file so that it can be put in anyone's machine and they can execute the code by double clicking the exe file.

Please help with some steps I need to perform .Appreciate for all your suggestions in this regard

.exe files only work on Windows, thus defeating the purpose of being able to "put it on anyone's machine": Double-clickable jar files are designed to avoid this problem: https://coderanch.com/how-to/java/JarFiles

A word of advice: learn to follow the Code Conventions for the Java Programming Language.
