Clear Java server cache

Hello.

I'm having a online 3D chat, coded in Java/PHP. I have rooms with avatars and those rooms all have a different look. To make loading faster, we use caches, but tomorrow we have to clear those caches because we are changeing all rooms.

How do i clear the cache for all our users instead of every user should clear their own cache?
