I can. Some sites use graphical captcha only. No sound captcha. Not very friently for blind people.

Well yes but I still don't think bypassing it is a morally or legally correct solution. In this case you want to be able to recognise the text in the image so your software could read it out loud to a blind person?

I notice that the site where this PHP script is hosted -which I recommend you do not open if you have a strict work environment, although I find it harmless- does not itself use this captcha for registration, but rather uses Google's reCaptcha.
