WSAD - eclipse plugin

Hi
I am new to the plugin development. I tried to follow the helloworld example given in the 'WSAD Help'.
I built the jar, created plugin.xml and copied them to the folder 'C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Studio\eclipse\plugins'.
As per the instructions, I closed and reopened the WSAD. But I didn't see the 'Hello world' view from preferences->show view option.

From the given instructions and my limited knowledge about the plugins, I couldn't proceed further ..
Please Help
