WSAD connection with jdbc odbc

i am trying to connect my application wth a ms access database.
the code i am using is:

Class.forName("sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver");
con=DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc dbc:elt");

with elt as my data source name.i am getting a "NO SUITABLE DRIVER FOUND" error.can anyone help me out on this,i cant figure out where the error is.i have the rt.jar file but where do i include it.i have also heard that ms access is not compatible with WSAD.
