Well this was after the first revision... they then realised the mistake they had made and have revised their salary to a magnaminous 2.7 lakhs

Mindboggling!!

Ok. Let me come to the point. I have 2+ years experience in a VERY RARE skill (Mercury IT Governance). Its a Project and Portfolio Management tool.

Now AOL is desperately looking out for resources with this skill.

I am already in the process of getting interviewed with them. My cyrrent CTC is 4.25LPA. Please guide of how much can I demand with them.
Also please tell me whether I would be secure with the job there or does it fire employees in India.

Also am adding one more company AXA Technologies. Its a 100% subsidary of AXA Financial Services(Forture 12 company). It pays about 7 LPA for 2 years exp.

you should expect somewhere between 8-10 Lakhs in these companies ..But , it all depends on current salary , your current organization and your skills ..I assume Infosys /Wipro will pay more compare to TCS although TCS has also improved their pay structures .

Well if you are looking for getting highest salary without doing any real work-better go to EMC Corp. in Bangalore. They can give any percentage of hike to anybody-even if you are capable or not?

again it depends on your current CTC. genrelly they pay something in between 3.5 to 4.2 for 2 yrs depending on the current CTC. But in terms of work in java in NCR gurgaon they only had maintainence projects and most of the time you will be sitting ideally.
