how can i set the maxthread of the Tomcat as it shutdown as soon as the load increases.

Look in TOMCAT_HOME/conf/server.xml.

You may also want to Google on "Tomcat performace" or "-Xmx -Xms" for instructions on tuning the JVM memory options.
