Actually its is not related to Struts ,But i want to know pls ,

What is the use of https in server.xml in tomcat

I don't really know what you mean, since the question that way doesn't really mean anything, but I will say that there is, at least, a configuration option to tell Tomcat which port to use as the SSL connector to allow https. As well as a parameter to the other connector options to specify where https requests should be forwarded, if they are attempted on that port.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
