how to run eclipse 3.0.1

Dear Friends,

i've unzipped n placed eclipse 3.0.1 at C Drive.
I do have j2sdk1.4.2 at C.

Is there any special procedure to be done after i put eclipse at C drive.

Please tell me in details.
