Using Eclipse behind a firewall

What do I need to do to configure this? All of my HTTP is failing.

Anthony,
Are you trying to do remote debugging or just access web pages remotely? For either of these, make sure the port is open.

If you are just using Eclipse on the local machine, make sure your URL has "localhost" instead of the IP or machine name.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
