Is there anyway in WSAD, that I could identify utility methods that are not being called by anyone.(so i could remove any redundant methods)

Mannu,
You can find unused private methods by setting the compiler options to warn/error on these. For public methods, you need to use an Eclipse plugin with this support. I think CheckStyle does this.
