Can anybody tell me the upgrades made to WSAD6.0 from WSAD5.0??

RAD 6 is based on Eclipse which results in some GUI changes. It supports J2EE 1.4 which includes changes in Web Services and JSF, among other things. Also, the server configuration is handled much differently. For more details, see the IBM RAD page.
