Try reading a basic CVS tutorial first.

There isn't a whole lot to CVS in Eclipse. It's the CVS concepts that matter. For the Eclipse screens, see this tutorial.

The official manual is a good reference if you are looking for a specific command.

please let know the OS you are running Eclipse on. Maybe I can get you more info.
as Jeanne said there is nothing much to CVS in Eclipse. Once CVS is configured, various CVS tasks can be accessed from the context menus.
