I have installed the latest version of eclipse

I want jsp , struts and EJB plugins

help me if any body know where can I download these plugins

You're going to have fun downloading all of those pligins.

You might try Lomboz, which is fairly popular. It is open source and can be installed fairly easily.

Get Lomboz for J2EE Development with Eclipse

Another potential is myeclpse. They have a full suite for about $35 USD. In my opinion, paying $35 for the whole thing configured for you isn't a bad deal.
