Hi ,
I want to install IDE at home for java . Which is the best option Eclipse or NetBeans? ....

I would like to have all the feautres including DEBUG mode . Kindly suggest for the same .

In case of NetBeans there are various packages modules available (ex :Mobility pack and enterprises pack).

My requirements would be mainly as follows :

[1] Core java and J2EE .
[2] Struts framework .
[3] Ajax .

Kindly suggest the IDE ( along with the version and link for download )for the above requirements as soon as possible.

I want to start working at home on some codes

Get both. There is no rule saying that you can't have more than one IDE on your machine. I have three. IntelliJ, NetBeans and Eclipse. I prefer IntelliJ, but I would use NetBeans for J2ME and Swing and Eclipse for all the JBoss Plugins especially for Hibernate and JBPM.
