Is there a way using JavaScript and the DOM to remove the browser name from the title bar. I have an internal app and I'd like to just have the product title up there.

Requires you to hack the registry of the user's computer.

I'm sure that the users would be happy to edit their registries in order to use your site.

And of course, assuming Windows and IE is a poor assumption.

And you expected Eric to assume anything else?

IE 7 all the way! I love IE 7 and moved away from Firefox. (I am not kidding). IE 7 now supports favicons...lol..without bookmarking. That is why I use it, I like the pics!
