thats a JavaScript question.
You should
post it in the "HTML / Javascript" forum.
Probably it just does not work or is browser dependant...

You can't, it is a limit of the browser with the size of the url. Use a serverside language to do the mailing with post.

What are you using on the server side? This is easy to accomplish with the JavaMail API if using
Java
.
