ajax:unable to remove zoom by rect on map

Hi,

I am trying "zoom by rect" on a map by using Ajax. The map is getting changed but the rectangle box(the one which is drawn while doing "zoom by rect") is not going after the zoom operation. I want to somehow remove that box once the map changes..
