Hi.
It seems these days that all those sites which provide a vides contents use Flash technology (I think, maybe I'm wrong) like YouTube.
Where can I learn more about this ?
What video formats this technique requires ?

Ummm, "video". And yes, most of what you are talking about is probably Flash-based. A search for "flash video" should call up lots of resources.
