how to avoid caching when metadata doesnt work?

Hi everyone,

In my JSP page I added an AJAX element that checks/tests if the server is up and running. The return result is TRUE/FALSE (with a gif image)

The module works just fine except for one issue - the result is *cached* and it keeps giving the same result unless I do

Tools-->Internet Options-->Delete-->Delete Files

I learned that in order to avoid caching I should include this statement:


Unfortunately, it doesn't work

Any idea what to do?
