Hi,
The following statement is working fine for numbers( i.e. a2 = 21)

document.user.action="/cmsproject/jsp/item.jsp?addrow="+encodeURIComponent(a2);

if i want send a2 = K

then i am getting an error 'K' is undefined.

How can i solve this issue?

Thanks

Sheriff

Is K a defined variable? Where is it defined? If it's not defined, why would you expect this to work?

If you intend for K to be a string, then you need to define it as 'K'. This is very basic JavaScript.
