I represent a client that has engaged us to find a highly skilled IT pro. This is a permanent position with a major global manufacturer in Annapolis, MD. The resource they are seeking must be a U.S. citizen and requires someone with 5 to 15 years overall career experience. Please note that the broader the skill set the better the compensation ($75k to $120k range based on current comp level, overall experience and soft skills intangibles) with benefits.

In principal the Software Engineer will architect and deploy application/data integration systems across an entire enterprise. Design, implement, modify and support software applications. Technology environment includes C#, .Net, Java, J2EE, BPEL, ESB, Web Services, JMS, JBI, XML, application servers/containers and more.

A qualified candidate must have working knowledge of SOA concepts and associated Service Component specs, along with working knowledge of application servers/server containers (Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, etc.). Must also have solid working knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST-based) and associated mechanisms (messaging protocols, WSDL, etc.) Other required experience is a solid working knowledge of XML (XML Schema, XSL/T, etc.)and verifiable experience with scripting languages (J/Python, Ruby, Groovy, PHP, etc.).
