Hi
I am getting "Provider org.apache.xerces.jaxp.SAXParserFactoryImpl could not be instantiated: java.lang.NullPointerException"
error in parsing.
can you please help me out.

Could you post what your classpath looks like and what JDK you are using?
Sounds like a typical Java Classpath issue.

I agree, it does sound like a classpath issue, but I have seen this since you can't actually instantiate the SaxParserFactory.

Have to do something like SAXParserFactory factory = SAXParerFactory.newInstance();

Hope that helps, if not I would post the JDK and classpath.
