Scott, I just got your agile newsletter today about acceptance testing. It came at just the moment I was about to share a quickie test framework with the team and introduce the idea of tracking total tests written, passed and failed as a key metric for a while. I thought it was very helpful. Is it available on the web so we can provide a link here?

Acceptance Tests: Not Just for QA Anymore should work. A smaller version is Intro to Acceptance Tests as Requirements Artifacts.
