Passed SCBCD with 85% last Saturday, The Exam was easier than expected. I budgeted 4 weeks for preparation but after two weeks I felt confident enough to take the exam. Basically I took Head First EJB as my "Bible" I read it every where I went to, in the plane, elevator, restroom. I read it in traffic so after like back to back sleepiness nights reading HF I decided to take the exam.
I concentrated on chapter 3-12, mostly on Entity Beans. My downfall was questions on EJB SQL. I did not answer questions at the back of the book but I tried my hands on SoftSCBCD questions. I really gained a lot from HF but the specs too are as good as HF, If you don't have the money to purchase HF go for the SPECS they are well written
Next for me is SCEA

I would suggest you take SCWCD first, it is harder and broader than SCBCD after taking SCWCD , taking SCBCD would be like "a piece of cake"

Hello I did not take mock exams from test web sites , I only used Softscbcd
