1. SCWCD Exam Study Kit by Manning, 1st Edition.
2. jsp and servlets specifications
3. JWebPlus: nice one except that there are several buggy items but it is obviously not a bad sign that you have the skill to identify the wrong ones. :-)
4. and a fundamental detailed book on Servlets and one on JSP
