I7 website out of sync with CertManager???

Hello fellow ranchers,

I posted same note under my result thread but decided to create a new one with hopes of getting more responses.

So I passed the SCJD (according to CertManager website) but when I log into the I7 Sun site to see my Certification Progress I don't see my SCJD there...

Did anyone ever experienced this? How long does it take to sync these two sites or maybe it should have been instantanous?

I should mentioned that sending emails to both Contact Us emails did nothing ... not even a reply email that they received my note.

Any light on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Joseph,
I am waiting for my result to show on the I7 Sun site as well.
Is your result available now? If so, how long did you have to wait
for it?

It took me more than a week to get this issue resolved. I emailed SunCert@prometric, probably half a dozen times, and also emailed Sun contact email address as well as emailed directly person who helped me with the setup of the upload rights.

My general comment - it is simply ridiculous from Sun / Prometric site to provide us with this kind of service. One look at the Sun Cert site and one wonders who and when it was built.

I just hope they are revamping their current "technology" so future users would not have to go through pains associated with getting ceertified.
