Hello ranchers,
I'm very proud to announce I passed SCBCD (
EJB 2.0)!!! Although it is not the newest one, it took me many time for preparing.
About the
test: I think some topics were much more difficult than I expected. For example, EJB-QL questions were more complexes than the questions I studied from HFEJB and other mocks, like the ones at Javabeat (
www.javabeat.net). There were many drag'n drop questions (about 6 or 7).
Material used:
- Head First Enterprise
Java Beans (Kathy Sierra) - that "Interfaces Summary" at the end of the book is very useful. I think it is necessary to memorized it to be succesful in some questions.
- Mastering EJB: good source code
-
www.javabeat.net -
www.jdiscuss.com -
www.javablackbelt.com :That study guide helped me a lot, the Exceptions Summary is very useful, too.
My rythm of study was more intense in the last month. As I don't use EJB's very much ( more stateless session beans), I had to study more about the other topics.
I hope EJB 3.0 be more easier to study and program.
