Hello
I am really glad that I cleared SCJP 5.0 today with 81%.I don't have any work experience. K&B book helped me a lot in the preparation. I read it twice and worked on the mocks tests.

In the exam I scored decently well in all sections except Generics and Collections. I scored only 50% in that. I want to read further in this area. Can anyone suggest me any good material or book ?

Thank you all for your help.

Congratulations on passing!

Effective Java (2nd Edition) has some good "best practices" for several of the new Java 5 features, including a good chapter on Generics!

Just keep working with Java, and you'll pick up those skills. It all comes with time. You've got a strong foundation on which to build!
