Hi,

I was wondering if you know of any certification exam
for BPEL, or if somebody has taken one.

I heard of Active Endpoints' Certified BPEL Engineer (CBE) exam.
I asked them about it, and they told me that they no longer offer it.

Does anybody know of any alternative?
I heard IBM test 664 (or 667) has some parts about BPEL,
but I was thinking if there is an exam out there
that really focuses on BPEL only...

Regards,
Cams

I don't think you're going to find one.

There are, however certifications that include BPEL as a topic. For instance, IBM Exam 093 which contributes to the IBM Certified Administrator for SOA Solutions - WebSphere Process Server v6.0 includes a little on BPEL.

Regardless, you'd really be getting certified in some tool that happens to use BPEL rather than just BPEL by itself.
