Test 142 Confirmed

XML test 142 will be out on 14th July, 2006.

Any ideas of what will be the changes?

I'd love to know myself, as I'm suspecting that means that pretty soon, I ought to update that certificate.

That being said, I can't fudge an address on IBM's certification website to find the objectives. It would seem they've not put anything up yet regarding what's different.

Thank you for contacting the IBM Professional Certification Program. Unfortunately, there will not be any information available on this exam until it comes out in July.

They wont tell us, can we predict some of the changes, what have been the changes in recent time in XML work e.g. new specs DOM L3 i think etc...?

Hi Guys,

I had passed SCJP few months ago and since than working with java and xml stuff. now i want to take IBM xml exam. can somebody show me few pointers to start with? i mean books etc. and some guidelines on how to approach this exam in terms of preparation?

Let's try this again, one more time. IBM has not stated anything about Exam 142. Not about the suggested training materials, not about what the exam is going to cover, not about how long the test will be, etc. We get to find out (maybe) later this week. I'm not any more in the know than other folks.
