Now that there is the EE5 of the BCD,WCD, and EA exams.

Does anyone have any idea of when they will be beta testing the EE5+ of the webservices exam?

Still nothing new and its been pretty quiet since the last rumour six months ago.

If you view the Sun Certification arm as a business then I suspect that the SCDJWS has a pretty low ROI. So as long as there are more lucrative targets (other certifications to update or create) then the SCDJWS will have to wait - look at how long it took for the SCEA to get updated and it is way more popular than the SCDJWS. Also the intial hype that lead to the creation of the SCDJWS has abated somewhat while the web services landscape is still in significant flux (and we are not just talking about more recent versions of SOAP, WSDL, etc. and their associated Java APIs).
