I have completed SCWCD recently and I would like to know the difficulty of SCBCD when compared to SCWCD. I took 6 months to complete my SCWCD exam as I was very new to servlets/jsp. Even here, I am new to EJB.

Please advise.

Thanks & Regards,
Navanee

I think maybe the SCWCD is a little harder than the SCBCD. It covers a broader range of topics.

SCWCD covers more technologies/topics like JSP,Servlet,EL, design patterns, etc. But SCBCD just covers EJB2.0. Hence if you go thru the Head First EJB, EJB 2.0 spec it will be a easy exam to crack. I did it in 2months.

How much work per day (average) was involved in the 2 month Study period? Did you use any other book apart from the Head First one (which I suspect is fun having read their Java and Design patterns books)
