Hello all,

I just cleared SJCP and still thinking what to do. In my prev job(that lasted a year) I was working with JSP and servlets. So is this the right exam I can take?.

Can someone recomment some good books to start? and also if I have to practice at home where do I start downloading the services that are necessary.

Thanks for your time
Sashi

Well, I think you should go for SCWCD since the servlets/jsp stuffs are still fresh in you mind.

The one and only book for the 1.4 exam is "Head First Servlets and JSP" by Kathy, Bryan and Bert. This is simply the best.

You need Toncat 5.0 web container also to run the jsps and servlets.
