This question is for Sivasundaram Umapathy:

Although I don't expect a question on the exam like this, how "transferrable" is Hibernate knowledge/experience to EJB 3? I learned EJBs back in 2001, but haven't bee working with them for a few years, and wanted to know how much has changed, and if my recent Hibernate experience will help in learning EJB 3?
