TLD XML elements in tomcat

Hi,

I am using tomcat 5.5 for experimenting with custom tags using TLDs. Everything I tried worked, but I found out just now that I was using incorrect elements in the tld xml.

how does the container find the appropriate class then?

The container looks for the classes i the Web-INF directory. Did you put the corresponding class there??

well..i do agree that the classes are in WEB-INF folder but we should get a XML / DTD parse error when the TLD is loaded !
