Again, I am not asking about the beta version. Based on the (lack of) response to my previous question, I am starting to wonder if anyone has passed the SCJA (1.0) Exam.

I also suspect (based on most of the comments in this forum) that the majority of people who took the beta exam are Java Developers who already have a degree of experience, and did not need to study much for this exam.

Can anyone say that they have passed the 1.0 (Non-Beta) SCJA Exam?

I searched our Sun Certification Results forum for "SCJA," but didn't find much that was relevant.

I took the "Sun Certified Associate for Java Platform, Standard Edition, Exam version 1.0" (CX-310-019) today and passed it. So far as I know this was not a beta exam.

I took the exam and passed.

Actually, I also wrote two books on it, one of which is available on amazon, and the other one will be available in a week or so.

I have a bunch of material about the exam at www.examscam.com

I'm also coming out with a new site when the second book arrives. You're not allowed to look at it yet, but if you wanted a sneak peak, it would be here:

http://www.technicalfacilitation.com/examscam/scjasite/index.php

As I said though, you're not allowed to look.

Are there any specific questions you have about the exam? It's not a coding exam. You can pass if you get everything but the coding questions right. But there is alot of material to cover. You don't need to know the ins and outs of every keyword, like you do on the SCJP exam, but for SCJA, you certainly need to know the basics.
